Legacy Brisbane has several contact groups that are responsible for providing service delivery and occasional fundraising activities to specific areas around Brisbane and regional areas. Contact Groups operate as local operational groups backed up by the staff and systems of Legacy House at Merivale Street, South Brisbane.
Contact groups are responsible to Legacy Brisbane for:
- The ongoing management of the Contact Group’s affairs
- Enrolment and the allocation of new widow(er)s
- The ongoing service delivery to dependants
- The induction training and mentoring of new Legatees to ensure competence, confidence, enthusiasm and commitment to Legacy
- Collaborative work with Legacy Brisbane staff
