There are several systems that are provided to assist you carry out your role as a Legatee. The central system is the Legacy Client Information System which enables you to search and input information in relation to your clients.
The Portal – Client information system
This system is accessed through the Legacy Australia Services Portal (a web page). You will require an individual log in with User ID and Password. There will also be a requirement for multi-factor verification when you establish your account (or login). At present we are introducing the Portal to Contact Groups through visits or video conferences.
The system will allow you to see the profile of your clients, make changes and record your interactions – calls, visits or other communications. You will also be able to request specialist support (Community Service Officer) if required.
Training in the system will be provided. Click on the video below to view a training video on the system. You can use this as a reference tool to show you how to use the features you will mostly use.
